These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the omg96.win website, the omg96 mobile app, and all services provided by omg96 ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Omg96 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The relationship between you and omg96 is a contractual relationship governed by applicable law. All disputes arising from the use of the Platform will be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 9 of this document.

To register and use the omg96 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. omg96 takes seriously its responsibility to prevent underage individuals from using the platform.
• Location: You must play from a location where online gaming activity is not explicitly prohibited by your local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be restricted from participating in gaming activities.
• Non-Employees: omg96 employees, their immediate family members, and individuals with access to internal operational information are not permitted to play on the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. omg96 will conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which includes checking identity documents such as a national ID or passport, proof of address, and in certain cases, proof of source of funds.

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at omg96. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identities — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any wins or bonuses.

Omg96 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Omg96 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Visa/Mastercard debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. All financial transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as set and may change at omg96's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: RM20 for most payment methods
• Maximum Deposit Limit: Determined by payment method and account level
• Processing Fee: omg96 does not charge fees for deposits; third-party bank fees may apply

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or payment method that has been verified in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Processing times vary depending on the selected method:

• DuitNow — within 30 minutes (for amounts up to RM5,000)
• Bank Transfer (IBG) — 1–3 business days
• Crypto — 24–48 hours depending on network confirmation

Omg96 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals for security investigation purposes where there are signs of suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual wagering patterns, sudden account information changes, or related complaints.

Omg96 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and additional terms set for each promotion. Wagering requirements determine how many times the bonus value must be wagered before withdrawals are permitted.

• Welcome Bonus: Subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount within 14 days
• Weekly Cashback: Credited automatically every Monday; no wagering requirement
• Reload Bonus: 20x wagering requirement; valid for 7 days from the date of credit
• Birthday Bonus: Credited during your birthday week; 10x wagering requirement applies

Omg96 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion where there is evidence of abuse, including coordination across multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, use of automation software, or any form of system manipulation.

All games available on the omg96 platform use independently verified Random Number Generation (RNG) to ensure fairness and impartiality in every round. All game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be demonstrated with solid evidence.

In the event of a technical failure or service disruption during a gaming session:

• Incomplete rounds will be cancelled and the bet returned in full
• Any winnings displayed during a technical failure are subject to review
• Omg96 reserves the right to void any rounds affected by software bugs or external interference
• Wins obtained through bug exploitation will be voided and the associated account will face disciplinary action

The omg96 platform is intended for personal entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology that enables automated gameplay
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Bonus abuse through coordination with other accounts or opening multiple accounts
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to alter game outcomes
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Using the Platform on behalf of another person or allowing others to use your account
• Any form of payment fraud, including the use of stolen or fraudulent payment methods

Omg96 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• Member violates any provision of these Terms
• There is suspicious or suspected fraudulent activity on the account
• Member fails to pass KYC verification or ongoing identity checks
• Member requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming program
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact omg96 support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Remaining funds (after deducting any bonus that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5, or until the account balance reaches zero. omg96 will send an email notice to the member before this fee is applied.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, omg96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from gaming activity
• Service disruptions or technical failures beyond omg96's control
• Unauthorised access to an account due to member negligence
• Foreign currency exchange rate fluctuations

Any dispute relating to the use of the Platform must be submitted to the omg96 support team within 30 days of the incident. The omg96 team will investigate and respond within 14 business days. omg96's decision is final for disputes relating to gameplay and win calculations.

Omg96 is committed to responsible gaming practices and the well-being of all members. Gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional stress. The omg96 Platform provides a range of tools to help members manage their gaming habits:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Configurable via account settings
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to absorb within a given period
• Session Time Limit: Receive reminders when you have been playing for a set period of time
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 5 years
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders about the time and money you have spent

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The following are prohibited:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or republishing any Platform content
• Using the omg96 name, logo, or trademarks without written permission
• Reverse engineering the Platform's software or technology
• Using Platform content for commercial or advertising purposes

Omg96 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. In the case of material changes (changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations), omg96 will:

• Posting a clear change notice on the Platform's home page at least 7 days before it takes effect
• Sending email notifications to all registered members
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

All official communications from omg96 to members will be sent to the email address registered on the account or via in-Platform notifications. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their email address remains current and active.
